Donation and recurring payment policy
One-time donations
By confirming a donation, the donor authorizes the payment provider to charge the selected amount.
Recurring donations
By starting a recurring donation, the donor authorizes charges at the selected frequency and for the selected number of installments, until completed or cancelled.
Cancellation
Future recurring charges may be cancelled by contacting us at least three business days before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges.
Refunds
Donations are generally final. For a duplicate, unauthorized, or mistaken charge, contact us within 30 days. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and payment-provider rules.
Receipts and failed payments
Yazory may send receipts, confirmations, and failed-payment notices. Donors are responsible for keeping their contact and payment information current.
